Barbara Mathews, a talented watercolorist from Janesville, WI, will be teaching a beginning watercolor class on May 16 and 17, 2023, from 9am to 4pm. Students can look forward to learning a variety of techniques and will have finished paintings to take home. Barbara has been teaching at various locations for over 20 years. The class can accommodate up to 15 students.
