SignUp Genius Instructions

1. On the SignUp Genius website, click on the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner. (Don’t let the “Our mind reading device is on the fritz again...” message on the next page confuse you.)
2. Fill in the “Search for a Sign Up” box with the creator's email address which is volunteers@galenacenterforthearts.com; click in the box next to "I'm not a robot"; and then click the orange "Search" button.
3. Categories associated with upcoming volunteer opportunities will display including the art gallery, events, and theatre performance volunteer opportunities. Click on a category of interest.
4. Scroll the list on the page to review volunteer opportunities. Open slots will have a "Sign Up" button.
5. Click on the "Sign Up" button next to your selected volunteer opportunity. (More than one slot may be selected on a page at a time.)
6. After selecting volunteer slot(s), click on the "Save & Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
7. Provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number and then click the "Sign Up Now" botton to confirm your volunteer sign up.
