It's time again for Fashionista Scarecrows to populate the field next to the Galena Center for the Arts and all around town.  From scary to friendly, or even elegantly attired, the scarecrow figures will utilize a wide variety of materials, including metal, wood and straw, and feature a range of whimsical and fanciful costumes and poses.
