If you visit our gallery, you have certainly seen Rose Ann’s art, from her well-known depictions of Dubuque's gazebo in Washington Park or the 4th Street Elevator to her newer styles and subject matter. You have an opportunity to meet Rose Ann in person and learn about her art, techniques, and sources of inspiration. She graduated from Clark College with a BFA and is a Signature Member of the Iowa Watercolor Society. Rose Ann will be present in the gallery to share her experiences and answer any questions you may have.
