An unlikely friendship is formed between a flamboyant historical tour guide with a bad habit of embellishing the truth, and her stringent superior in this charming and silly Tony Award winning satirical British comedy by Peter Shaffer.
The Center welcomes back to the stage Chicago actresses Margaret Scott and Joan McGrath, portraying an enthusiastic but too imaginative tour guide, and an inspector from the historic trust who must deal with the situation. Also featured are Bill Boggs, Laurie Malinowski, and narrator Mark Sumpter.
